Appointment Booking Form
At the moment of booking we cannot give you precise time. It always depends on heat list, which is up a few days prior competition. When heat list is out it takes couple days to finalize our schedule. We get back to you with the appointment time after that (will be sent via email, please check your spam folder as well). When you made appointment, you will receive confirmation email (please check your spam folder as well). Bring with you any hair pieces or any other decoration for your hair, if you have it. Cancelation is available. No cancelation fee until 48 hours prior your competition day. Otherwise full amount of your appointment rate will be charged, unless the time space may be taken by other customer.

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the site or service. In those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages, our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall Lashes&Brushes cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the service you have purchased from Lashes&Brushes.
